This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”), as may be amended, modified and supplemented from time to time, applies to all users or visitors (“you”) accessing or using the ZooberPay mobile app and website comprising all webpages located at www.zooberpay.com (collectively, the “Site”)It describes how AF Global Payment technologies Inc (thereafter referred to as “ZooberPay”), and its subsidiaries (“we”, “us”, “our”) collect, use, disclose, transfer and store your personal information. All capitalized terms used in this Policy has the same meaning as those ascribed in the Terms & Conditions unless otherwise stated or defined herein. By accessing the Site, sharing your information or registering as a user of our Services, you are accepting this Policy and consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your information disclosed to us in the manner as described in this Policy

Some information is classed as sensitive personal information. This includes information or an opinion about a person’s political opinions, philosophical or religious beliefs or affiliations, membership of a political, trade or professional association or trade union, sexual preferences or practices, criminal record, health or genetic information, biometric information that is used for the purpose of biometric verification or identification, or biometric templates.

If so, we will keep the information and handle it in accordance with this Policy and applicable Privacy Laws. If we decide that we could not have collected the personal information in accordance with this Policy and applicable Privacy Laws, we will destroy or anonymise the information if it is reasonable and lawful to do so.

· Mobile App. When You download our Mobile App, in addition to the information mentioned above we collect information on the type of device You use, operating system version, and system and performance information. We may send You push notifications from time-to-time in order to update You about events or promotions that we may be running. If You no longer wish to receive these types of communications, You may turn them off at the device level. To ensure You receive proper notifications, we will need to collect certain information about Your device such as operating system and user identification information; and may use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Mobile Software on Your device. This software may record information such as how often You use the Mobile App, the events that occur within it, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the Mobile App was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personal information You submit within the Mobile App.

6. Uses Of Personal Data

For contracted partners/ vendors/ merchants, we may at our discretion display your name, logo, acronyms and other insignia in any material or medium for the advertisement, publicity and promotion of the Site and Services.

ZooberPay works with third party companies and individuals to facilitate the provision of the Site and Services, provide the Services on our behalf, perform related services, and assist us in analyzing how the Site or Services are used (“Service Providers”).While we may disclose your Personal Data to our Service Providers, such disclosure will be limited to the extent reasonably necessary for the above purposes and will be done in compliance with the applicable privacy laws of Canada. We have also taken reasonable measures to ensure that our Service Providers do not disclose or use your Personal Data for any other purpose. ZooberPay may also disclose your Personal Data in good faith where it believes that such action is necessary to:

9. Transfer Of Personal Data

Your Personal Data may need to be transferred out of Canada, whether in the course of providing you with any Service or when storing your Personal Data on servers located outside Canada. In creating a User Account and accessing and using the Site or Services, you are deemed to agree to the transfer of your Personal Data outside Canada. ZooberPay has taken reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Data is processed, held, or otherwise handled in accordance with the Personal data protection laws and your Personal Data will not be transferred to another organization or country unless there are adequate controls in place, including controls relating to the security of your Personal Data. However, if your Personal Data needs to be transferred to countries that have less stringent personal data protection laws than Canada in order to provide you with the Services, you are deemed to consent to such transfer in providing your Personal Data to us during your use of the Site or the Services.

We will retain your Personal Data until the purpose for which that Personal Data was collected is no longer served by the retention of the Personal Data and the Personal Data does not need to be retained any longer for any legal or business purpose.

ZOOBERPAY may change the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement from time to time. The effective date will be the date the change is made unless noted otherwise.

What information do I need to send money abroad?

You need to register with ZooberPay to send an international money transfer. You can do it on the website or access the ZooberPay app on your Android or iOS phone. We’ll need the following details: Personal details. Sign up with your full name, email address, mobile phone number, gender, birth date and address.Transfer details. Choose the amount you want to send abroad, select how your receiver wants to get the money, and lastly, how you want to pay. You will always see our fees upfront, the final amount you will pay, and the exact amount your receiver will get. Receiver details. Based on the receive method, we need specific details of your receiver abroad. The receiver’s full name, mobile number and email address are always required to send money. Your receiver does not need to have a ZooberPay account. Payment details. You will need a bank account, a debit card or a credit card to send money abroad.

How long will a money transfer take?
ZooberPay currently processes payments only to Bangladesh. The money is sent within one day, as a same day transfer, or even an instant money transfer to a wallet or a bank account.
How to send money from CAD to BDT?
Register for free. Sign up online or in our app for free. All you need is an email address, or a mobile number and a Govt. issues ID card(For large transfers) b. Choose an amount to send. Tell us how much you want to send. c. Add recipient’s bank details. Fill in the details of your recipient’s bank account or wallet account. For cash pick up, mention the recipient’s contact number. d. Verify your identity. For some currencies, or for large transfers, we need a photo of your ID and your selfie. This helps us keep your money safe. e. Pay for your transfer. Send your money from Direct debit, wire transfer, Interac e transfer, or a debit card. f. All done. We’ll handle the rest. You can track your transfer in your account, and we’ll tell your recipient it’s coming.
What verification do I need for a money transfer?
We’ll verify your mobile phone number or email with an OTP. For large transactions or from your second money transfer onwards, You may be required to provide ID proof and a selfie image to verify your identity. Identity verification takes up to 6 minutes at least 90% of the time. In case of a delay, we’ll contact you instantly.
Where can I send and receive money with ZooberPay?
You can send money from Canada to Bangladesh only through ZooberPay currently. We will be adding more recipient countries soon!
How much can I send through ZooberPay in a single Transfer?
Once your Identity verification is complete, you may send large amounts in a single transfer, however, we may request for additional documents to ascertain the source of funds for extremely large transactions.
How do I track my transfers?
Easily keep track of all money transfers with your ZooberPay account.. Don’t forget to sign up for notifications through email and SMS. In the app or website, your transfer history will be on the home screen.
